Tridon Wiper Rubber Refill

Using high quality natural rubber with a unique graphite wiping squeegee, the Tridon wiper rubber refills provide smooth, low noise wiping performance ensuring extended rubber life and UV protection.

• Rubber refill replacements to suit 8.5mm rubbers as used on late model Japanese plastic OE style spoiler blades / Tridon CurveBlade™ . This style of blade is popular on Toyota, Subaru, Lexus, Mazda and various Korean vehicles 2006 on.
• The rubber refills are available in two moulded profiles and lengths.The two profiles have been developed to suit the two styles of OE / Tridon CurveBlade™ rails.
• The rail thickness varies between blade lengths.

The moulded rubber profile is unique to Tridon CurveBlade™ design and must be used with the correct OE stainless curved rails.

Step 1

Lift plastic hook retaining tab and remove the blade from vehicle. Remove old refill by squeezing and withdrawing from the blade assembly.

Step 2
Remove curved metal railsfrom original refill and fit to newTridon rubber refill.

NOTE: Metal rails are curved and have offset locating lugs to ensure correct positioning in the refill. Ensure that the metal rails are positioned correctly before installation into the blade assembly.

Step 3
Insert the new wiper refill into all the blade claws, ensure that the refill is firmly locked into the moulded recess at the end claw.

Warning: Check that all claws are engaged under the refill rails. Failure to engage all claws may result in windscreen damage.

Step 4

If required, cut the refill rubber at a minimum of 10mm past the end of the curved metal rail strips .
