Superspares stands by the quality of its products, all of which come with the assurance of the manufacturer's warranty. We act as the intermediary between you and the manufacturer during a claim.
Replacement parts will be supplied by Superspares under the following circumstances:
- Incompatibility
- Product damage
- Product doesn't match the advertised description
- Transit damage
All of these cases are accepted provided the claim is made within 60 days of receipt.
Any non-warranty related fitment issues must be reported within 2 months.
Return shipping for Superspares errors is covered both ways.
Exchanges are applicable only to products in resalable condition, with the original product and packaging intact (package can be open, just not damaged).
Once your Superspares order takes flight, expect a seamless experience with an automatic dispatch notification containing your tracking number and the chosen carrier details.
