The 140 mm long compact Knipex Needle Nose Plier which is pointed at the front can be used for a wide range of jobs. These needle nose pliers are suitable for the fine, measured gripping and holding of components, but also for the powerful cutting of cable and wire.

The shape of the cutting edges on the plier results in an efficient bite type cut. Thanks to the additional induction hardening of the blades (cutting edge hardness approx. 61 HRC), it powerfully cuts cable, soft and medium-hard wire (cutting capacity Ø 2.5 mm) and even hard wire up to Ø 1.6 mm.

The precision tips of the pliers are elastic and therefore remain stable when twisted. This allows the manual force deployed to be well measured: with more force for securely holding larger components, and less for smaller components.
