EFS Torsion Bar

The EFS Torsion Bar is increased in strength by 25% to 30% over the standard O.E Bar. Just as Coil Springs & Leaf Springs fatigue & sag so do Torsion Bars. The EFS Torsion Bar will provide you with increased handling & response from your vehicle & compensate for extra loads.

Note: The ends of all EFS Torsion Bars are painted with a colour code, when fitting these Bars the following applies.

EFS Leaf Springs

EFS Multi-Leaf Springs are made from high quality Japanese grade SUP9 & SUP9A Alloyed Carbon spring steel.

* Tapered Leaf Ends - To reduce the inter-leaf friction & to improve pressure distribution in the load bearing area.
* Bolt Clip Liners - To reduce noise & friction.
* Inter-Leaf Graphite Coating - For further reduction of friction.
* Shot Peened & Scragged Tested - To reduce stress & ensure longevity.
* Leaf Inserts Pads - For further reduction of friction.
* Bolt Clips & Military Wraps - To prevent leaf spread & provide safety.

EFS U-BOLTS

Powder coasted for protection against corrosion & made from quality carbon steels with rolled threads to increase strength, due to a uniform grain finish.Deep nuts are supplied for safety & strength with flat washers to provide a smooth contact surface area to reduce plate friction.EFS have a vast variety of U-bolts on offer for most Makes and Models of 4wd's. We also can custom bend U-Bolts to order.

EFS PINS & SHACKLES

Engineered to be stronger than the original equipment & greaseable for ease of service. The EFS Pins & shackles are made from medium & high grade carbon steels then case hardened & gold cadmium plated or black oxided for increased strength & corrosion protection EFS offers standard replacements and a small range of anti-inversion std and extended shackles.
