Do not purchase from this company!!! I ordered springs for my Ute- I said I need heavier duty springs than my original springs and I wanted a 2inch lift. What I received was lighter duty springs than my original, and no lift !! After back and forwards communication for about 3 months and photos that clearly indicate that my older springs were better than the new ones they supplied they say I have no claim!! So don’t even consider ordering from this Superspares company!! Save yourself a lot of time and heartache!

absolutely rubbish service as I was left 2 weeks without brake pads as the wrong one was sent and the car was rotting away in the Garage cannot be driven Not Happy Jan

One of the balljoints didn't have thread tapped in one of the holes. Fixed myself. One of the balljoints had a Pinhole in the rubber where the retaining clip had punctured. The rest of the parts seemed OK however all the nuts seemed to be slightly oversized for the thread but still did up OK.

a good quality product anyone would be confident to fit to their vehicle. Prompt service and understanding staff. I would recommend them to all.

Does not match the vehicle!

having had issues with the rear sway bar sliding in the mountiing rubbers, the only corrective action was to replace the worn parts. These were sought and purchased and with half an hours wory all is now corrected.

Poor finish quality. Needed to file back spline shafts manually to fit these.

Ordered my parts and got them in 2 weeks was quite happy the Only thing wrong was I was only sent 3 Parts out of the 4 as the Sydney office didn't have it so they got from Melbourne and got the other part in 4 days so pretty happy with the out come and later so will buy from them again

I tried many renowned Mercedes Spares shops for a set of CV drive shafts for my 2008 B200 and had no luck. I looked online and found Superspares. I had never heard of this business. From the moment I called, the lady who took my call, took care of what I needed. She proceeded to go through my vehicle type to ensure what I needed matched my model of car. I ordered the parts. She held my hand all the way and offered delivery, I asked for pick up from their warehouse and in 2 days they parts were ready for pick up. The pick up process was easy. Very professional team and the Superspares price was 1/2 half the price I was quoted by the so called big boys. My mechanic said these parts were better than many suppliers they use and asked for Superspares contact number to use as a supplier. The rest is history, my car never drived as it does now…. Very happy with Superspares.
